DUTCH LADY PROFESSIONAL FRESH MILK

INGREDIENTS

Black Forest

40 g Monin Cherry Syrup
15 g Chocolate Powder
100 g Dutch Lady Professional Fresh Milk 
2 Espresso Shots
1 drop Red colour
60 g Debic Stand & Overrun

DIRECTIONS

1. Pour 100 g milk, 15 g chocolate powder, 30 g cherry syrup and 2 shots of espresso into a milk pitcher. Use hand frother to froth the mixture till smooth.
2. Strain the choc mixture through a strainer into a rock glass filled with 1 scoop of ice (approx 80 g)
3. In a separate pitcher, pour 60 g of Debic cream and 10 g cherry syrup together, mix in 3 drops of red food colouring into the mixture, use a hand frother to froth the cream mixture till creamy and smooth.
4. Pour the cream mixture into chocolate mixture, garnish with one cherry and sprinkle choc powder on top.
