INGREDIENTS

Mint Mocha

100 g Dutch Lady Professional Fresh Milk
60 g Debic Stand & Overrun
2 Espresso Shots
15 g Monin Mint Syrup
10 g Chocolate Powder

DIRECTIONS

1. Pour 100 g milk into rock glass and 1 scoop of ice (approx 80 g)
2. In a separate pitcher, pour 2 shots of espresso, 60 g of Debic cream, 15 g mint syrup, and 10 g of chocolate powder together. Use hand frother to blend the ingredients together till smooth and creamy.
3. Strain the chocolate mixture into milk mixture, top with mint
