INGREDIENTS

Summer Blossom

1.⁠ ⁠Base
20 g Monin Osmanthus Syrup
100 g Dutch Lady Professional Fresh Milk 
 

2.⁠ ⁠Top
2 Espresso Shots 
10 g Monin Caramel Syrup

DIRECTIONS

1. Pour 100 g milk and 20 g osmanthus syrup into rock glass.
2. Pour 1 scoop of ice (approx 80 g) into rock glass then stir.
3. In a separate pitcher, pour 2 shots of espresso and 10 g of caramel syrup, use hand frother to froth espresso mix till creamy and thick.
4. Pour espresso mix into milk mix and top with dried osmanthus flowers to garnish.
